You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Configio or in any way relating to your use of the Website (“Legal Action”), resides in the courts of Spokane County in the State of Washington. You further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Spokane County in the State of Washington in connection with any such dispute. Any Legal Action that is subject to the jurisdiction of federal courts shall be instituted in a federal court in the Western District of Washington.
